Is it normal to experience signal outages during extreme weather?
This happens sometimes during very heavy rain or snow. Your signal should return back to normal once the weather conditions improve. If this doesn’t happen you should call your installer. Sometimes, during heavy snow combined with windy conditions your dish antenna will get covered by snow. You can use a broom to remove it.
