Is it normal in the freshman year of high school to not have any close friends?
It’s normal during any part of life that one would not have any close friends. It’s always a job to get close relationships and with any job you have to maintain the friendships to keep them and sometimes a person has so much going on with themselves that friends slip away. On the brightside, the world is so huge that there is always going to be someone out there that IS willing to be a friend to someone who wants one.
