Is it normal for you body to get hot, & then light headed with tingling in hands?
Tingling, hot flushes and headaches are all extremely common side effects of anxiety and mild panic attacks. Do you know if you are stressed about anything, or that you’ve been through a traumatic event? It’s certainly best to stay off anti anxiety medications – I’m very surprised your doctor gave them to you straight away instead of sending you to a cognitive behavioural therapist first. I have anxiety due to a fear of being sick and found therapy helped me a LOT. I’d recommend going back to a different doctor, or, as the other replies have said visit a neurologist to rule those possibilities out. They will recognise anxiety in a flash and refer you to someone really good. In the meantime (at home) try natural remedies that won’t cause side effects. There are a lot here: http://www.naturalanxietyremedies.org. I hope you feel better soon!
