Is it normal for internal hemorrhoids to cause tummy pains/spasms?
Hemorrhoids shouldn’t be causing you any tummy problems. What you seem to be describing sounds more like what happens when you get pressure on the nerves that regulates the stomach. Once there is pressure on the nerves the stomach is going to be reacting to that and pain is a result as well as going into spasm, it wanting to do one thing but the pressure is not allowing it to. The most likely of ways for this pressure to be on the nerves is by having pinched muscles in your back. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. Whe
