Angina is not fatal but needs to be monitored with checkups by your GP or cardiologist. An ECG will not show abnormalities due to angina unless you’re actually having symptoms at the time, and even then not always, an excersise stress test is required to diagnose this, if it brings on symptoms changes will appear on the ECG during the stress test and should settle down to normal again after. It is not unusual for people over 50 to have a slightly abnormal ECG espec if overweight or underweight, the QT interval may not be caused by anything, it may be normal for you, obviously someone has looked at your ECG (hopefully a doctor) so if they had any concerns about it they would have told you.
