Is it necessary to the success of the diet to weigh yourself or can use use something else to gauge weight loss (e.g. fit of clothing, measurements)?
You certainly are not required to weigh yourself, though some find it to be reassuring, others can’t stand looking at a scale. Measuring your waistline, chest, arms, and legs can give you another very accurate picture of your losses. And of course fitting into clothes that were normally too small is a great encouragement and indicator that you are losing. Do what works for you!
