Is it necessary to set apply for credit and use purchase orders with Gilmore in order to purchase course books and other items?
No, as long as you are an approved institution in the Sun Academic Initiative program you may choose to purchase using a credit card in which case you wouldn’t need to complete the credit application. If you notify Gilmore that you only want to pay for orders using a credit card, you do not need to submit the credit application or purchase order. However, if you will not be using a credit card, you do need to submit a credit application and purchase order.
