Is it necessary to send a copy of the online Classified Performance Evaluation form to HR Records?
This year, the entire performance evaluation process for classified employees has been put online, and there is a place for both the supervisor and the employee to electronically sign the form. That means supervisors are no longer required to send a copy of the classified evaluation form to HR Records. With the online evaluation form, the employee will not have access to sign the evaluation until the supervisor has completed his or her part of the form. Once the evaluation process has been completed and signed, the evaluation will be automatically saved in the system. The period for classified performance evaluations ends June 15. Please contact Karen Watson at 330-672-4636 or Connie Crowley at 330-672-7505 if you have questions. Do you have an HR-related question that you would to submit for future consideration? If so, please send it to hrweb@kent.edu .
