Is it necessary to select specific sessions or workshops before arriving at the training conference?
No, attendees will not be required to select the sessions or workshops they plan to attend prior to arriving at the training conference. However, the program will specify sessions that are designed for distinct audiences, including HMIS administrators and staff, Continuum of Care (CoC) staff, Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) grantees and state and rural CoC staff, as well as sessions designated as “Joint Sessions” that may be valuable to several different audiences. Participants should take those designations into consideration in planning their session and workshop attendance during the conference.
