It isn’t usually necessary to have special earmoulds to use with digital hearing aids. However, earmould technology is improving all the time just like hearing aid technology. If you have problems with earmould fitting, comfort, feedback etc have a chat with your audiologist about trying one of the latest earmould materials, for example digimould which is very light and flexible and has been designed particularly for use with digital hearing aids.
