I think that you should definitely have your home inspected every year. The cost savings associated with making sure you don’t have termites, or catching them early if you do are well worthwhile. Also, if the inspection discovers a problem, don’t automatically assume that you have to pay a professional to do the treatment, in fact you can do your own termite treatment and save.
