• It is desirable to get recommendation letters. Though not essential, letter of recommendation would help us in knowing what others think about you. Employer, former/current supervisor, academic teacher, principal of school/college/HOD. In case of candidate is not able to approach anyone mentioned above, he/she may seek letter from known person who can vouch for his academic as well as managerial capabilities.
