Is it necessary for CSOs who were partner in PACS phase 1 programme to intervene only in the old area or they may outreach new area too?

PACS programme aims at strengthening community based institutions that were raised during previous phase of PACS. Therefore if the old working area is still falling in the present list of PACS intervention districts, such CSOs are encouraged to strengthen their previous work along with extending into newer areas for up scaling the old initiative. However it is not a condition.
