As long as there isn’t some reason for him not to like your house (like you lived there with an ex or its going to be a long commute for him) I think it would be the best idea, in the interest of time and money, for him to just move into your place! Just make sure that you incorporate his tastes into the house also…maybe take a weekend and repaint a few rooms in a color you picked out together or buy a few new pieces of furniture so that it feels more like a new house to both of you!
