Is it more efficient to build small or large construction project?
Well, when you propose a project all the acres are built in one go so none are ready till all are ready. This is a bit like building an estate of houses; people don’t start living in them till the whole project is done. It is true that there is an advantage to building in smaller batches as in most cases you can get production returns from what is built before all are built. So players should take this into consideration if they want to be extra efficient. But the truth of the matter is that it’s VERY annoying to build 1 acre at a time. When you have thousands of acres built and resources rolling in, you can spare a bit of efficiency in exchange for the comfort of planning all in one go.
