Is it more effective to “swallow” vitamin C than to apply it topically?

In this day and age, I have to say it is not true. In the past, critical nutrients like vitamin C were less effective because the molecule size was a bit big. But advances in nutrient delivery technology have created vitamin C molecules that can penetrate into the skin, protecting the cells with an abundance of antioxidants and collagen boosters. The protection it provides our skin is more direct, immediate and focused at the right areas. Having said that, taking enough Vitamin C orally is still essential for our overall health.
