Is it more difficult to rent out property in the winter in the northern states?
If you are asking if it is more difficult to rent property in the winter I would have to say yes most apartments are full in the winter probably because of weather and the holidays. If you are asking if it is difficult to rent property to someone in northern states I would have to say no. Most people have their home for the winter, but the few who don’t can pick up seasonal work and afford a place easier. Winter is good in the apartment business in the winter. Just so you know this is my personal opinnion on the matter not a statistical fact.
