it may be difficult to breast feed with implants just cause it might harder for the milk to come in because of the implant pressing on your milk ducks

According to “What to Expect When You’re Expecting”, implants should not affect your ability to breastfeed. Talk to your doctor just to make sure there are no special concerns in your case, but you should be good to go!

I am getting implants and I asked the same question awhile back. I also went in to a couple of consultations afterwards. From people with experience, no one that I have spoken to has had any issues with breastfeeding, and no more pain than usual. These were ladies that had the surgery under the muscle, where I will be getting mine as well. A few actually said they prefered them after breastfeeding because they softened up a little more but were still very much supported by the implant so it made them look and feel more ‘real’. Good luck.

My son god-mother have breast implants her’s where behinf the brest muscle and he breastfeed her son for 2 years with out a problem. Her breasts-implants where a D and she went to and E and he went back to a large D. so yes you can breastfeed your child. Her implants where put in near the under-arm and so the nipple wasn’t touch at all.
