A. Yes. Should a dispute develop between the group and the parent for an outstanding debt it is necessary that the TCM/Group Leader provide record of payment. The T1-A and M-3allow adequate documentation to support payments received from parents. In the event a TCM/Group Leader do not use this form and a parent insists they have paid the TCM/Group Leader will be held financially responsible.
