Is it mandatory to have an RA number in order to return a product to TechOnWeb?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RA”) number within our Return or Warranty policy period. TechOnWeb will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RA number. RA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
