Is it mandatory to have an RA number in order to return a product to Budget PC?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RA”) number within the applicable Return Policy period. Budget PC will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RA number. Once issued, RA numbers are valid for 15 days. Budget PC must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
