Is it legal to use cellphone jammer in Ontario, Canada?
They are illegal to use in both Canada and the US! In Canada, there is an exemption made for the RCMP, CSIS and DND-CF. Legalizing use of these jammers could affect public safety, such as 911 calls; impede personal freedoms, for example the inability to receive important phone calls; and, impair communications for law enforcement and security agencies.
