yes it is as long it is not an exact duplicate it can be similar to it like lets say vanessa hudgens was wearing a dress and it was a floor link straight dress that puffs out a little bit and was a v type and a padded bra think and it had these robe kinda things for straps and it was red okay you could make it red without the puff thinki make it floor length and make pleat like thinks come down it and have spegetti sraps and still have built in bra and at the bottom of the dress you could make it like a prom dress i mean at the very last inch or two of the dress make it out of that kinda poffy prom looking material hope i helped u
