Is it just a program with kettlebells and TRX?
Oh no, not by a long-shot! These are 2 of the pillars of the program, but there is so much more. Lets use the analogy of filling a jar up with STUFFthe stuff is all of the exercise principles you use to create your body and fitness level. So the first thing to do is grab some big pieces to put into the jar, say rocks. The rocks are your base for filling up the jar. Say you fit 2, 3, or 4 big rocks into the jar: kettlebells, TRX, and another one or two. Then you add some gravel to fill up the rest, this would be some solid components to your program, but not the majority. Now fill in the smaller space with sand, this would be other important components of the program, but just for support of the others. Now what can we do? Now take up the rest of the space with even smaller pieces of the puzzle to create a perfect balancelike filling the rest of the space in the jar with water.
