Japanese names tend to have surnames first so in Japan it would be Inoue Orihime unlike the Japanese way, it would be name then surname so it would be Orihime Inoue and they also can call people by last names, if theyre not close enough to that person like Ichigo, Rukia, Chad, and I think Uryuu calls her Inoue but Tatsuki calls her Orihime since theyre best friends.
