Is it illegal to sell replica/clone Nike Airmax trainers in the UK?
It’s illegal if you say the items are real when they aren’t. A lot of the ipod adverts actually don’t say what they are you see the picture and it look like an ipod so that’s what people think they are but buried deep in the description it says they are i68 or something like that. Either that or the sellers are very careful to not sell in their home country the adverts may look local but they are dropshipping from abroad, the seller never touches the product so when trading standards come a knocking there’s no fake goods to be found.
