Three things: First, it’s illegal to download OS X without paying for it. Second, it’s against the EULA of OS X to install it on non-Apple hardware, but they aren’t going to sue you or anything. My personal ethics say if you paid for it you are entitled to install it on whatever hardware you want (but it’s still technically against Apple’s EULA). Third, unless you use a modified BootLoader or EFI spoofer it’s not going to run on PC hardware. And even if you do use one of those, it will only run on very specific hardware – not just any “out of the box” computer. I used the NetBookBootLoader to install OS X 10.6 on my Dell Mini 9 NetBook, but the hardware config of the Mini 9 makes it really easy – not every PC will run OS X at all. You need specific hardware.
