No – Since 2007, registered and qualified Clinical dental technicians are legally allowed to provide denture services direct to denture wearers. Some people remain unaware that this service is available or are advised that this practise is illegal, that is not true, you should check that the clinical dental technician you want to visit for your new dentures is registered with the General Dental Council, before booking your appointment.
