You’d have to contact the drivers department of your state or country, but as the other poster pointed out, convertibles don’t have a rear window. Here’s the problem you’ll have. You’ll get the exhaust fuses into the car. The same thing happens with some old station wagons if the back glass is down. A friend of mine backed into a tree or something and it shattered the rear window of truck. The fumes followed it inside the cab.
