Is it illegal to dress my pitbull in victorian clothing and make him dance?
It depends on your local, state and federal laws. While most would assume it’s not illegal, you’d be surprised the crazy things that are. Here in my town it’s still illegal to walk a cow down mainstreet on a Sunday. I just read this morning about a guy who is being prosecuted for having sex with a deer; his argument is that the deer was dead, so he wasn’t actually having sex with a deer, but rather some meat and having sex with meat is not illegal!!! So, it all depends. Call a lawyer and ask him, I”m sure once they get over the “WTF” initial reaction, you might get free advice from them just for having the balls to call and ask that.
