As long as you don’t have any sexual relations with her, no. But once you cross that line, statutory rape laws come into effect. And some people will tell you that 17 is beyond the “age of consent”, and all that means is if she consents she can’t press charges on you, which is true. But that doesn’t keep the parent’s from pressing charges because the law also says that she’s a minor and a dependant. So I’d say be careful man, she may be young and even hot… but you may put yourself in a position where you’re not gonna want to drop the soap.
