Is it healthy to jog while pregnant?
It’s healthy if that’s what you were used to doing prepregnancy. It’s not good for you if you start it up after you get pregnant, because your muscles and connective tissue are not used to it. The weight of the uterus puts a lot of strain on the tendons that support it, and pregnancy hormones cause your connective tissue to soften a bit. So injuries on your part are more likely. I would rather suggest you do low-impact exercise, like walking, swimming, or an eliptical machine.
