Is it healthy to eat just fruit in a day?
Well first off, no it’s not healthy because you are missing out on other essential nutrients. Only doing it occasionaly is perfectly fine though. I would throw in some nuts or beans or a small piece of baked/grilled chicken or turkey as well for protein. Otherwise you won’t have much energy at all (and you need energy to help burn calories). Will you lose weight….well you lose weight by burning more calories than you take in. Fruit (and veggies) have higher water contents than other foods so you will be able to drop more water weight in the short term. As long as you continue to burn more calories than eat, you will lose weight regardless of what you eat.
