Is it hard for freshman to make the Shocker Bowling Team?
As with any sports program with a strong winning tradition it can be a challenge to make the team as a freshman. Although having said that, freshmen do regularly make the selected team every year. Many freshmen may not have the skills, or may not be ready to compete against the best that collegiate bowling has to offer. It should also be said that we have had freshmen not only be selected to the team, but also make our starting line-up for post season play. That, however, is often the exception rather than the rule.
