60 Bicep curls each day is too much. A key point in building muscle is actually resting. Your muscles need to rest in order to repair the muscle tissue. Doing 60 bicep curls every other day is perfect. You will get some definition in your shoulders but to get real definition you should also include shoulder workout’s in your routine. Shrugs, lateral raises, Upright rows, are all good shoulder exercises.
