Is it going to be possible for both displays (Rx1 & Rx2) to show the split (and adjustable) Panadapter AND Waterfall for both receivers simultaneously?

Not initially. The only split you’ll be able to do with the initial version of FlexRadio PowerSDR that supports RX2 functionality is to show the primary receiver on top and the second receiver on bottom.
