Is it fine to sleep immediately after drinking warm milk without brushing my teeth?
Milk contains natural sugars, so it would be wise to brush your teeth. But if you insist on staying in your room, you can get away with rinsing your mouth out with water and/or mouthwash after. That will clean almost all of the sugars off your teeth and prevent bacteria from growing and eroding away at your teeth.
The milk will eventually cause your teeth to rot when it is broken down by the saliva into glucose. There is a condition called Baby Bottle Syndrome caused by mothers who put a milk bottle in their baby’s mouths to induce sleep. The teeth in these babies are all decayed and some rotted so badly that extractions are necessary. The same can happen to you. This applies to anything you put in your mouth other than plain water.
