It is not feasible to use CTG funds for a national approach. The CTGs are aimed at helping states and communities implement projects proven to reduce the leading causes of death and disability. National networks of community-based organizations are specifically eligible to apply for a second, complementary Community Transformation Grant (CTG) FOA that CDC intends to release in the near future.
