The leadership organization of each planning phase grant recipient will receive grants funds and must be in place during the six months of the planning phase. During the planning phase, we expect that the leadership organizations’ structure and membership will be refined and strengthened. As such, the organization that you identify for this planning phase proposal may or may not be the leadership organization that you have in place for the subsequent Aligning Forces proposal, should you receive a planning phase grant and decide to submit an Aligning Forces proposal for implementation.
