Is it easy for someone to do minor maintenance, i.e. change bulbs, etc…?
It is very easy to do maintenance on these assuming that someone is talking you through it over the phone. Is it easy for someone to periodically open and empty the bill collector and to add coins? Emptying the cashbox is just a matter of pushing a lever, removing the cashbox, turning it over, and removing the bills. The cashbox then slides back into position. To add coins, just open the door and drop into the hopper which is readily accessible. On average, for the most severe maintenance issues, does the entire machine need to be sent back in for repair? All parts in a machine are easily removed. If there is a problem, it is removed and shipped to us. We repair or replace the part and ship it to you. We have never had a machine shipped back.
