Is it difficult to double major or add a minor?
It is not at all difficult to add a major and/or minor, although not all majors can be taken as a double major. It is also not required to do so. About half of SoC students do, half don’t. When it comes to adding majors, you are free to add as many as you can finish by the time you graduate. Since it takes longer to complete a major than a minor, you want to add a second major within your first two years (usually) so you have time to complete it. Your advisor will help you work out the details if you decide adding a major/minor is right for you.
