Ans.: Please note that we do not offer any refunds once you have already subscribed to a plan. Subscriptions are however not renewed automatically, unless you opted for the ‘Auto Renew’ option at the time of purchase. To cancel the ‘Auto Renew’ option, follow these simple steps: a. Click on the “Cancel” link against the service which you want to cancel b. You shall be provided with details of the expiry dates through an e-mail. You always have the option to continue using the Premium PlaySchool Service for the entire period of the subscription as long as you are Tata Indicom Broadband user.
