The obvious answer here is YES! Having a tooth removed will cause you to bleed. Sometimes you can bleed a lot. Sometimes an arteriole can produce A LOT of bleeding. I once saw blood spurting out of the socket on every heartbeat like a little jet. Obviously if your bleeding can not be controlled it can be dangerous. Your dentist or better yet oral surgeon will need to know about your condition and act appropriately. Most likely this means applying good hemostasis right at the extraction site. And then monitoring you carefully.
