Is it colder being lakes and mountains than being near none?
Okay, if you are near a lake or the ocean in general, the temperature will be more consistant, and will not get very hot or very cold. In the wintertime, the lake holds heat and in the summer the lake keeps things cold. If you have mountains, it will generally be the same as if you had oceans. It would be less cold, but there would be more precipitation.
