Is it cheating when a rapper uses a rhyming dictionary to compose a song?

I don’t think so. It’s like a writer using a synonym dictionary. The rapper isn’t going to use the dictionary for all the words,(It would make one hellofa ugly song)(best rhymes are the natural ones that occur in the heart and mind and spirit) but if he has a song missing one rhyme and he can’t find it I think he’ll look in the rhyming dictionary and choose the most appropriate one if there is one.
