I know the one time we had to help family who had their car stolen while they were in Memphis for their daughter to be at St. Jude’s, we sent them money via western union and the fees were outrageous to use western union. And we were wiring it only from Missouri to Tennessee. The time my mom needed help money wise, we did a bank transfer and the rates were very very much less.
