is it called sabotage when a car dealer disengages a federally mandated safety device?
8 weeks ago my scion dealer sabotaged my tpms system-a new federally mandated device to help you know of low tire pressure so you dont roll over your car- they removed the codes that make this work without my knowledge then kicked me off the lot- ive been trying to get this fixed yet no one cares-dealer denies me service and scion says go thru arbitration-not one offer to fix-even though its still under warranty-(isnt this also a breach of contract) ive been pushed to the point of going to the police today and see if i can file criminal charges against the dealer scion and toyota you would think after all the horrid press they have had recently they would make some attempt to rectify this unsafe vehicle -yet they have made zero effort just a heads up if you are considering a toyota brand vehicle-they would rather let you die than fix defects or sabotage by their dealers-
