That is a very good question. First of all, there are good and bad brokers as there are good and bad transporters. A good Boat Transport broker will know the right transporter to do the job. We have already made the mistakes of using bad Boat Transport companies and we don’t use them again. They make our job very difficult, not to mention our reputation. The first question you should ask any broker is have you ever moved a Boat yourself? A lot of brokers are .com companies with little to no experience transporting Boats. That is why they generally take forever to get a quote done. They simply do not know all the state regulations etc. Nor do they know first hand what is involved in transporting Boats across the nation. There are good and bad Boat Transporters as well. We as brokers have already figured out the good from the bad.
