A. Don’t over think OS; simplicity is the beauty of the product. There’s no need to time your drinks or start early. Drink an OS Pre-load an hour or so before starting and then just drink OS Endurance or OS Sprint along the way as you train. Also drink water from another bottle to maintain hydration. We find that giving your body constant calorie intake during training lets it know that you’re giving it what it needs: it responds better with more even performance through an event.
