Premium because it includes the hard drive while the core doesn’t even have a hard drive. I think the core has been out of production for quite a while. The Arcade replaces the core. You need the hard drive just for about everything, such as playing XBX games or downloading demos, game trailers, etc. The core didn’t come with a wireless controller, and it didn’t have HDMI output. The newer premium has HDMI output. The arcade has HDMI output.
